HSM manufactures EU-compliant products in accordance with the 2015 Machinery Directive. Prior to production, HSM offers a sampling service in which an initial sample is created according to customer drawings. Prototypes are manufactured from high quality materials and developed in close collaboration with the customer. All products undergo extensive testing according to strict quality standards, including standardized and customer-specific tests. HSM has been successfully bringing innovative products to the market for almost 30 years.

What test procedures do we carry out for our customers?
In addition to internal inspections, we also offer external initial sample inspections. This process usually takes 5 hours and includes precise measurement and detailed recording of the results.
Which parameters are measured as part of our services for customers?
We measure the dimensions internally, while material tests and analyses are carried out by third-party service providers. In this way, we ensure that all relevant parameters are precisely recorded and evaluated.
Is a test certificate automatically issued to every customer?
No, a test certificate is only issued at the express request of the customer. We are prepared to offer this additional service in order to best meet the needs of our customers.
