Development & Construction
Our team of engineers develops our own products and protects them with patents, as well as customer-specific developments that meet new requirements. We use design thinking to improve the safety of forklift and tractor drivers and optimize costs with “design to cost”.
As a member of the standards committee NA 060-22-42 AA “Safety of industrial trucks (SpACEN/TC 150/WG 5, WG 11, WG 12 and ISO/TC 110/SC 2)”, we are actively involved in shaping the future of industrial trucks in order to increase their safety.
HSM produces EU-compliant products in accordance with the current machine protection directives. HSM produces EU-compliant products in accordance with the current machine protection guidelines and our sampling service creates initial samples according to customer drawings to meet individual requirements. Prototypes are developed and intensively tested in close cooperation with customers. HSM has been supplying innovative products of the highest quality for almost 30 years.
Simulations
We carry out load simulations and confirm them at the end with physical tests to ensure the reliability of our products. We use Creo Parametric 8.0 to simulate various load scenarios and identify potential weak points at an early stage. This efficient method saves time and resources and maximizes the quality of our designs.
Standard-compliant designs
Our restraint systems are designed in accordance with the Machinery Directive and relevant standards. Compliance with these specifications guarantees the safety and conformity of our products with industry-specific quality standards.
