The HSM basic belt/bracket system for your forklift truck is a manual system in combination with a safety belt and an immobilizer.
It certainly offers the simplest and quickest solution, as the forklift driver can be strapped in in 0.8 seconds. The normal belt is on the right – HSM basic on the left. The telescopic rod must be mounted on the left, on the A-pillar and on the driver’s seat or on the battery/engine cover (depending on the model). The belt reel with locking mechanism is attached to the right-hand side of the driver’s seat. The belt is screwed to the telescopic pole. To close, simply press the belt/bracket system downwards. Safe starting is possible thanks to the easy engagement. The system is released again by simply pulling the lever upwards. This simple handling also enables unobstructed access for battery servicing, as the seat can be tilted down immediately and without any conversion work.
In general, HSM basic can be fitted to both new equipment and forklift trucks that already have a belt. The system is characterized by extremely simple and fast operation, so that the driver is completely safe on all drives.
